Smart Cable Online Monitoring System
Cable External Force Damage Prevention Warning System
Introduction
The Cable External Force Damage Prevention Warning System comprises of Acoustic Array Warning Technology and Fiber Optic Vibration Warning Technology. It utilizes various means such as sound, vibration, light, and electricity to achieve real-time monitoring, positioning, and warning of excavation activities that may cause damage to underground high-voltage cables. The system accurately and effectively detects and identifies the type and direction of external forces affecting underground cables, monitoring and providing real-time warnings for potential cable damage.
Technical Principles
Acoustic Array Warning Technology
Utilizing sound collection sensor technology for monitoring and positioning construction machinery such as jackhammers, excavators, pile drivers, cutters, and picks. Through sound fingerprint analysis and positioning calculations, the system determines the category and location of construction machinery, combined with the cable and channel trajectory, to achieve external force damage prevention and warning. It mainly consists of acoustic array sensors, high-definition cameras, monitoring boxes, and power supply units.
Fiber Optic Vibration Warning Technology
Using optical fibers as the carrier for vibration monitoring and information transmission, employing multi-mode recognition methods to extract vibration signals. Through big data analysis to eliminate interference, the system precisely locates the vibration source based on fiber optic vibration technology. It mainly consists of detection fibers, main units, high-definition cameras, information-receiving terminals, and power supply units.
