The acceptance of the State Grid Electrical Equipment Smart IoT Platform Cable Project was successfully completed

On March 3, the acceptance team of State Grid Co., Ltd. (State Grid for short) made a special trip to Shanghai Yongjin Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Yongjin for short) to access the State Grid Electrical Equipment Intelligent Internet of Things (EIP) platform for the cable project. Shanghai Yongjin actively responded to the State Grid’s call and applied to join the EIP platform construction. After applying, our company actively connected with the State Grid expert group, carefully analyzed and studied the technical requirements, and upgraded and transformed the company's internal MES system, ERP system, important production equipment, testing equipment, and video surveillance systems in strict accordance with the requirements of the State Grid; after the support of the company's colleagues Through joint efforts, we completed the upgrade and transformation of business data, production/test data, surveillance camera systems, supplier data collection centers, smart IoT gateways, etc., successfully connected to the State Grid system and passed the acceptance inspection team, becoming a company that passed the acceptance inspection—cable project supplier.

After accessing the EIP platform, State Grid can achieve real-time intelligent monitoring and accurate tracking of the company's sales orders, plans, raw materials, product processes, production line status, and test processes through the EIP platform, realizing online manufacturing supervision.
