The integrated parallel capacitor is mainly composed of the body, casing, oil compensator, outlet bushing, etc.
The body is composed of a certain number of fully sealed small unit capacitors connected in series, with each component of the small unit capacitor connected in series with an internal fuse.
The casing is made of segmented quality steel plates, filled with insulation cooling oil inside, and the oil flows along the longitudinal and transverse oil passages in the core body to dissipate the heat emitted by the small unit capacitors to the box wall.
According to the structure of the oil compensator, it can be divided into: ordinary oil-pillow type and fully sealed integrated parallel capacitor. In the oil-pillow type integrated parallel capacitor, the interior of the casing is connected to the atmosphere through a breather on the oil pillow, and the expansion volume of the insulation oil is compensated by the oil pillow; in the fully sealed integrated parallel capacitor, the insulation oil inside the casing is isolated from the atmosphere, which can better ensure the quality of the insulation oil. The volume change of the insulation oil due to temperature change is compensated by a metal expander, with a small product volume and elegant appearance.

According to the wiring requirements and protection methods, the number of outlet bushings of the integrated parallel capacitor also varies: single-phase integrated parallel capacitors have two outlet bushings, which can be used for open delta protection; there are also three outlet bushings for differential voltage protection. Three-phase integrated parallel capacitors have 6 outlet bushings, one at each end of each phase, with internal wiring in type III, each phase exists independently and is not interconnected. The adjustable capacitance integrated parallel capacitor has 7 or 9 outlet bushings, with capacitance adjustment forms including equal division (1/2) and unequal division (1/3, 2/3).

Main Technical Performance:

1. Voltage Application Range: 6kV-35kV.
2. Capacity Application Range: 1000kvar-10000kvar.
3. The continuous operating voltage of the capacitor is not greater than 1.05Un, and it can operate for 8 hours every 24 hours at 1.1Un.
4. The capacitor allows continuous operation under stable overcurrent with a root mean square value not exceeding 1.3ln due to overvoltage and harmonics.
5. The capacitance deviation of the capacitor is 0~+5% of the rated value, and the ratio of the largest to the smallest capacitance between any two terminal lines of the three-phase capacitor is not greater than 1.02.
6. The loss tangent of the capacitor at power frequency is not greater than 0.0003 (20°C).
