Smart Cable Online Monitoring System
Inner Cable Partial Discharge Monitoring Systems
Introduction:
The Inner Cable Partial Discharge Monitoring System is equipped with six built-in partial discharge (PD) sensors installed at both ends of the joint stress cone. These sensors perform multi-angle matrix detection, providing strong anti-interference capability for rapid and accurate PD measurement. The product has completed the 220kV type test and has received the partial discharge accuracy comparison test reports from the Wuhan branch of the China Electric Power Research Institute and the Shanghai Cable Research Institute, as well as the integrated type test report for built-in cable temperature measurement and PD intelligent joint.
Features and Benefits:
Strong Anti-Interference Capability: With built-in PD sensors at both ends of the joint stress cone, the product exhibits exceptional electromagnetic compatibility and anti-interference capabilities, enabling accurate online monitoring of partial discharge even in highly disturbed environments.
Accurate Monitoring Data: Utilizing matrix and differential algorithms, the product ensures precise PD measurement.
Data Utilization: Basic PD data is stored in a database, facilitating the establishment of a PD analysis repository for predicting joint insulation failures.
Data Analysis: By comparing PD amplitude and phase correlation, interference signals are eliminated, enabling accurate data analysis. The product also supports trend analysis of data at the same monitoring point and records alarm events.
Easy Installation: The built-in structure adopts a strap-type installation method that closely adheres to the surface of the stress cone, without affecting the cable joint installation process.
