Inner Temperature Monitoring System of Cable Joint

Introduction
The Inner Temperature Monitoring System is primarily used for real-time temperature monitoring of conductors in cable joints with voltage levels ranging from 35kV to 500kV. It has passed type tests for 110kV and 220kV and has been verified as a new product by the China Electricity Council.

Basic Principle
The built-in cable joint conductor temperature measurement device is based on non-contact temperature measurement principles using electromagnetic induction. It mainly consists of two parts: the built-in temperature measurement module and the external temperature measurement relay. The external temperature measurement relay transmits energy and signals to the built-in temperature measurement module at the cable joint conductor through electromagnetic coupling. The built-in temperature measurement module, upon receiving the energy, sends the temperature data wirelessly back to the external temperature measurement relay. This setup enables accurate temperature measurement of the cable conductor without altering the physical structure or electrical characteristics of the cable joint. The device features a safe, maintenance-free, and easy-to-install design.
